Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
MyFluidData is a tank monitoring service of Data Fire Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of www.myfluiddata.com and the MyFluidData service. By using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your password confidential, and make sure the information in your account (email address, mobile number) is correct. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The service
MyFluidData shows tank information reported by monitoring equipment at your locations and sends the alerts you set up. Readings and alerts depend on that equipment, its network connection and third-party delivery services, so they can be delayed or missing. Do not rely on MyFluidData as your only safety or leak detection measure.
MyFluidData Tank Alerts (SMS terms)
- Program: MyFluidData Tank Alerts, operated by Data Fire Solutions LLC, sends text messages about your tanks (for example low volume and delivery alerts) and one-time verification codes. You choose which alerts are sent by text in your notification settings.
- How to sign up: sign in, add and verify your mobile number, then check “Send me a text message” on an alert. See SMS alerts for details.
- Message frequency varies with your tank activity and the alerts you set up.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages. You can also turn text messages off in your notification settings. Reply START to subscribe again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy, including how we handle your mobile number.
